有人会告诉你他们熬制猪油的特别方法，或者是猪油拌饭怎么吃。呵呵，对不起，每个人都是按照妈妈的方法来熬制猪油，每个人家里都会有自己的方法做猪油拌饭：煮好的饭,来一块猪油,倒上酱油,撒点油渣!这就是我的童年记忆。那你的呢？
如此简单的吃法竟是成了记忆中难忘的美味！对于那时的孩子来说，特别是60，70后，还有部分的80后，那简直就是“幸福”的象征了。这种感觉如今已经体会不到了，无论吃什么好东西都没用。这有自身的变化，胃早不是那个胃了；但最主要的是外界的变化，猪油拌饭式的简单纯粹差不多早已经羚羊挂角了啊！
